My company needed a large format printer. I spent a few hours researching models and prices on the Internet and then had the bright idea to see if anyone local could help me. Peter (the owner) answered all my questions, helped me find the model that would work for my needs and had a great price. I went with an HP DesignJet 5600. Very Happy! Peter came to our office, set it up and trained me how to use it. The printers are fantastic. Peter has been doing this for over 20 years. Buy from a pro!

Plotter Pros is the best on a number of issues!
I thought I had earlier left a due review, but see I have not, so here is a double review of 5 stars! I have an older HP 430 plotter that needed help. I talked to Peter and his crew and it was best I take the plotter in for service. They got the plotter back up and running for me at a very reasonable price. Since then I purchased a used (rebuilt) HP 750 color plotter. It has been several months and I forgot the issue I had with the 750, so they came out to take a look. They didn't have the parts handy, so they took the plotter back to the shop, and once again Peter worked his magic to get the HP 750 in good working condition. Today I had other issues with the cartridges and tried calling them just after 5pm when they normally close. Peter answered the phone and was friendly and helpful walking me through potential issues and how to hopefully resolve them. After multiple times of removing the cartridge, the HP 430 finally decided I was ok and it went back to work like new. If you have any plotter issues, I suggest calling Plotter Pros first, and don't waste your time with other plotter companies.

The owner went out of his way to help me get a banner print job turned around quickly, for a very fair price and even consulted on the design formatting, coaching me through some minor tweaks to enhance the final print. There are no accolades I could offer Plotter Pro's that would do justice my overall experience every time I use their service.....this what taking care of customers is all about!

From the minute you walk in, it's clear they are a very different kind of company......the atmosphere is low key and calming, their desire to genuinely help and industry knowledge is unparalleled. I've used them 6 times for banners over the last 4 years and they always make my life easier, saving me money and time with their suggestions and coaching.

In early November, I spent a significant amount of time looking for a place that could make 11×17 digital prints and could copy some 11 x 17 diagrams.

On November 4, 2014 I found Plotter Pros. They were and are capable of doing both. The service was prompt, and the quality everything that I hoped for.
There are two very friendly dogs there, just a heads up if you have allergies.
